LC (loi comptable or "Accounting Law") = Law of 8 June 1999 (and amendments thereof) related to Budget, Public Accounting and State Treasury
IGF-Law = Act of 10 March 1969 establishing the Inspectorate of Finance
- preparing the budget (LC-Art.84)
- supervising the implementation of the annual budget, controlling State's expenditure and following up movements in State's income (IGF Act, Art.2)
- expressing its views on requested increases in expenditure limits as well as on budget overruns (loi IGF-Art.2)
