At European level, the Inspectorate of Finance participates in the preparation of public accounts according to the rules of the European System of Accounts 2010 (ESA 2010).
In the context of the "European semester" and in order to meet the requirements of the Stability and Growth Pact, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, like all other member state of the Economic and Monetary Union, must submit an update of its stability and growth programme.
